Synopsis

The 21st century is marked by population expansion and technological development. Over the years, there has been an improvement in forms of communication and trade models. With regard to these transformations involving food and food diversification, it is interesting to mention that there are secular reports involving the exchange of goods for food or even the exchange of food aiming at diversification. In the evolution of this scenario, societies varied, businesses emerged and improved, so as to always have a place that aims to sell food products in different ways. Thus, progressively, the possibilities and the existence of sales, bakeries, cafes, patisseries, respectively, were increasing, taking into account the chronology and the current years. Analyzing these historical aspects and thinking about the advances in this food market, the Moreira & Melo Cakes company was born, which aims to manufacture cakes, homemade and sophisticated sweets. Aiming to present a differential and stand out from competitors. It is worth mentioning that the production will be carried out in accordance with the wishes, needs and diets of each customer, as they will find a range of possibilities. The business will focus its activities on manufacturing and sales within the confectionery sector; always in the aspect of considering the secular advances involving the forms of commerce. As well as the importance of always having an improved vision regarding the peculiarities of each audience. Furthermore, the exponential change in the forms of communication, exchange of information and development of technologies show great allies for market models. Given these important aspects, the project in question analyzes these powerful tools and understands that, with the improvement of the look and appropriate strategies, the different existing social media can contribute to increasing M&MC's space in the market, achieving successful results.
