The main objective of this consultancy was to carry out adjustments in the stock sector on which attention was focused on the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, the diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities carried out and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for implementing the suggested actions is presented.
