Pompéu Group consultancy report presented to Auto Mecânica Pompéu

A consultancy work was developed by the Pompéu group, comprising students Jéssica Alexandra de Melo and Lucas Rodrigues Leal, at the company Auto Mecânica Pompéu, from August to October 2020. The main objective of the manager with this consultancy was to solve a non-conformity identified by him in the entry and exit of vehicles, in which the group focused its attention for the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, a diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities carried out by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which are being worked on by the owner and person in charge of the establishment.
