Final consultancy report: Charm Hall

This work aims to present the provision of consulting services for the company, Salon Charme, which has existed for 8 years and is characterized as a small family business that provides services in the field of beauty, the owner, Ms. Cátia Regina Marques Fernandes, works in the segment for more than three decades. Through visits and surveys carried out, points for improvement were identified and solutions were proposed that add value to the services provided by the salon and improve results. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, a diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities carried out by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for implementing the suggested actions that have not yet been worked on is presented.
