Consulting report presented to the company FUNED (Fundação Ezequiel Dias)

A trio of consultancy work was developed, consisting of students Brenda, Dyen and Sarah at the company Fundação Ezequiel Dias (Funed), an institution founded in 1907 that has been working for over a century looking for solutions in health to strengthen the SUS. With three areas of activity, it is a reference in scientific research on snake, spider, scorpion and bee venoms, being recognized as an important Institute of Science and Technology in the State of Minas Gerais. The project was carried out in the Maintenance and Calibration of Medical Equipment Sector, in the period between 08/31/2020 and 11/06/2020. Thus, the main objective of the manager with the consultancy was to minimize delays and forgetfulness of invoices, which generated additional financial expenses due to these delays, on which the group focused its attention on the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, a diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities carried out by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified.
