Final consulting report: A.L.T consulting

This final report was developed by the consultancy of A.L.T consultancy, composed of students Ana Paula Gomes, Laura Pereira and Thais Nara Bueno, at the company Delícias da Contorno. The manager's main objective with this consultancy was to promote improvements for her enterprise and verify strengths and opportunities, weaknesses and threats, in terms of sales, marketing, finance, on which the group focused its attention for the development of activities.
