Final consulting report: WAL Consulting

WAL Consultoria provided guidance service to the Legal Center of the Faculty of Minas Gerais - FAMIG, preparing a business plan on the criteria for opening a legal office. The project aims to exemplify and present the necessary processes to open an office in a simple and practical way in three models: opening in society, individual with office and individual in coworking. The main and essential steps addressed are: mandatory registrations, dissemination, strategic location, acquisition of furniture and utensils, necessary employees and physical structure.
