Final consulting report: Souza & Silva Consulting Group

A consultancy work was developed by the Souza & Silva Consultoria group, composed of students Bruno Winter Ferreira, Luciene Souza Mendes and Paula Ludmyla Silva Vitor, at Comercial Sena Lopes LTDA, from October 4, 2019 to November 14, 2019 . The manager's main objective for this consultancy was to organize the shipping logistics part (adjustment to the physical control and system in the entry and exit of goods), stock (storage of products according to ANVISA's request), adjustment in the division of tasks of employees in the stock sector, creation of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), in which the group focused its attention for the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, diagnosis carried out, summary of activities developed by the group and suggestions for improvements identified and presented to the company.
