Orion group consultancy report presented to the Black Marshall company

A consultancy work was developed by the ORION group composed of students Domingos Natanael and Stefan Mineiro, at the company BLACK MARSHALL, from 10/08/2019 to 11/20/2019. The manager's main objective with this consultancy was to carry out a survey of improvements in strategic areas of the company, using tools such as 5WH (action) and flowchart (visualization of activities), in which the group focused its attention on the development of activities. This report includes a brief presentation of the company, diagnosis carried out, summary of activities developed by the group and suggestions for improvements identified.
