Monção Consultoria consultancy report presented to Referencial Montagens Industriais Ltda.

A consultancy work was developed by Monção Consultoria, composed by the student Irenice Oliviera Delfino Monção, at the company REFERENCIAL MONTAGENS INDUSTRIAIS LTDA., in the period between October 1, 2019 and November 11, 2019. This report contains a brief presentation of the company , diagnosis performed, summary of activities developed by the group and suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which have not yet been worked on. Based on this diagnosis, the Monção Consultoria group developed a series of activities with the objective of bringing about improvements.
