Synopsis

The creation of a company is always a great challenge that requires intelligent and creative strategies, so that the investment is successful in the shortest possible time. This work is a Business Plan aimed at opening a virtual company dedicated to the sale of lactose and/or gluten-free products, hence the name WITHOUT LaG. According to Pandolfi (2018), studies carried out by scientist David Perlmutter, until the mid-twentieth century, there were only two wild strains of wheat (Emmer and Eikorn), both without the protein called gluten. But advances in genetic experiments have created the more than 25,000 varieties in existence today, more nutritious and productive; but containing gluten. A study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the number of occurrences of allergic disorders resulting from wheat-based diets has increased by about 60% since 1997 worldwide.
