Synopsis

The food sector in Brazil can be a difficult sector to operate initially, but it is clearly a sector with good prospects. Food is something basic and necessary for human existence and survival. It will never stop being treated as a priority, for this reason this is a market that is always heated. According to information from the Foodservice Institute of Brazil (2016), the out-of-home food segment expects to reach a growth of 7.7%, which will generate approximate gains of 60 billion for the sector. With a good tourist flow in Brazil, tapioca from the north and northeast has become a popular dish in many restaurants in other Brazilian regions. Its ease and possibility of combining with different ingredients has also attracted consumers from all social classes, this Brazilian specialty has been served in well-differentiated environments ranging from street stalls and food trucks to sophisticated restaurants. Tapiocaria Uai comes with the proposal of being a snack bar that will serve stuffed, sweet and savory tapiocas. Where the customer will choose the flavors of stuffing that will compose their snack.
