The business plan is an instrument developed to propose real and strategic solutions to achieve business objectives. For Nakagawa (2011, p. 71) “a good plan is one that facilitates its execution and helps the company achieve its goals for that planning cycle, also preparing it for a new development cycle”. The present work aims to present a business plan for a company in the field of food products, and thus list proposals for improvements and for the company's growth. It is through the planning of the business plan that the entire context of the company and the viability of the business emerge and finally come to fruition. The business plan is responsible for minimizing process failures and the failure of most projects. In the business plan outlined here, the organizational structure was divided into six chapters, the first part being the presentation and characterization of the company, the company data and the owner's professional experience, the enterprise data, the mission, the values and the legal form of the company, and finally, the tax framework, and social capital and sources of funds.
