In order to carry out this consultancy, the founding managing partner of Abanna, Mr. Criatiano Romanha, was accompanied by the need for intervention and improvements in terms of control, organization and optimization in the search for information, especially in the Administrative and Financial area, this being the focus of Ágil Consultoria's actions. This report includes a brief presentation of the company, the diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities developed by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which have not yet been worked on.
