Relatório de Consultoria do grupo apresentado à empresa Sorveteria Máxima Ltda.

A consultancy work was developed by the group composed of the students Anderson de Carlos Brito, Jessica Samara Rodrigues and Rosana dos Santos Gomes, at the company Sorveteria Máxima, in the period between 08/19/2021 and 11/25/2021. The manager's main objective with this consultancy was to learn relevant facts for the company's improvement process, on which the group focused its attention for the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, the diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities developed by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which have not yet been worked on.
