Relatório de consultoria do grupo Legal Space apresentado à empresa Legal Space Coworking

A consultancy work was carried out by the Legal Space group, composed of the students Jéssica Alexandra de Melo and Victor Da Silva Campos, at the company Legal Space Coworking Ltda-Me, between August and November 2021. The manager's main objective for this consultancy was to improve the commercial and marketing sectors, on which the group focused its attention for the development of activities. This report contains a brief presentation of the company, the diagnosis carried out, a summary of the activities developed by the group and the suggestions for improvements identified. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions is presented, which have not yet been worked on.
