Relatório de consultoria apresentação da empresa Kruc’s Net

A consultancy work was developed by the students Alexandra Pires, Milena Ávila and Thayna Pereira Souto, the company chosen to carry out the consultancy was the company Kruc's Net, the consultancy was started in the period 08/12/2021. The main objective of the managers for this consultancy was to get to know the company and the sectors named by it, in order to help, facilitate processes and solve problems in the financial and stock/storage sectors, on which the group focused its attention on the development of these activities. .This report contains a brief presentation of the company Kruc's Net, the diagnosis carried out to identify the problems, a summary of the activities developed by the group during the visits made to the company and the suggestions for improvements implemented by the group. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of the suggested actions and those that have not yet been implemented by the company is presented.
