This is the report presented to the Business Consulting discipline, developed in the 8th period of the Accounting Sciences course at FAMIG College. Consulting is a service offered to the company's Director, with the purpose of surveying the corporation's needs, identifying solutions and recommending improvement actions through a tool that we identify as a diagnosis. The project will be carried out together with a company whose legal framework is MEI. Based on the characteristics and information provided by the Director, the objective of the consultancy is to trace the best path in a scenario of risks, uncertainties and competitions, based on its opportunities and threats and on its strengths and weaknesses in the market. In this way, it is possible to develop a project in order to improve management practices, helping the company to correct its deficiencies and instruct the Director in decision-making. The Director's main objective with this consultancy was to correct some flaws in the company, such as the issuance of invoices to provide services to customers as well as the document controls carried out by the company and attract more sales of services, in the which the group focused its attention on developing the activities.
