Domestic animals as goods and as subjects of rights

Talking about the news in Brazilian law is a fundamental role in the life of the jurist. All advocates of legal changes assert that the law must always change according to the wishes of society and it has fulfilled this role. To talk about this theme, the bibliographic method used was used. The methodology adopted to investigate the problem is qualitative, as it is based on the phenomenological philosophy, comprising social phenomena, according to the perspective of the participants. As for the method used, that of deductive research, it is a logical procedure, reasoning through which a conclusion can be drawn from one or several propositions (premises) that derives from them by purely logical force. The conclusion follows from the premises. The technique was based on the study of a particular case considered representative of a set of analogous cases. Bibliographic research, on the other hand, is based on secondary sources: books, articles and other means of information, such as periodicals (magazines, bulletins, newspapers), other research that can be found in libraries, Internet sites. Content analysis served as an instrument for data collection, such as: interview, questionnaire, participant or non-participant observation, content analysis and life history.
