The result of the PISA (International Student Assessment Program) released in 2020 indicates that Brazil is practically stagnant in all areas of education. As if the harsh reality of education in Brazil was not enough, with the COVID pandemic, 19 children and adolescents cannot go to school due to social isolation, further delaying the learning process. Thinking about this entire education scenario, the idea arose to create the HELP PROF application, a safe and reliable platform for online tutoring for elementary and high school that brings together students looking for the service and teachers who have specific knowledge in this area. In the app, students can assemble their classes according to their availability of day and time, in addition to having a personalized study according to their level of learning. Direct customers are teachers who will pay for the use of the platform and students are indirect customers.
