General Data Protection Law and the Brazilian public sector

In modern society the protection of data and personal information must be understood as a fundamental right and considering that governments have become increasingly digital, this article will seek to answer questions about the implementation of the General Data Protection Act (LGPD) in the Brazil and its implication within the public sector. For this production an exploratory research was made based on publications about LGPD and the result is presented below.
