Concession for the exploitation of biogas generated in landfills

This article has as goal to institute of the concession for exploration of biogas generated in I fill with Earth bathroom after the validiyoto ty of the Kyoto Protocol, in view of Clean Development Mecanism – CDM that are one of the defined mechanisms of flexibilizeich in this Protocol so that the not enclosed countries in its Atttached I (in this group it is Brazil) reach the sustainable development and contribute so that the countries that have goal to reach, fulfill its commitments thus all cooperate to reach the final objetive of this Protocol. The presente work divides in three main points. The first one to be boarded is on the Kyoto Protocol, its objective and especially one of this mechanisms of flexibilizeich – the Clean Development Mecanism. As to be treated point is the institute of concession, concept and its modalities. The third point to be boarded is properly of contract of concession of exploration of biogas generated in Fills with Earth bathroom and ists peculiarity in face of its complexity and newness in the legal system.
