Humanized management

The act of cultivating a good working environment, and especially the partnership between the employee and the company, has become a matter of extreme importance. As a manager, when we provide a good working environment on a daily basis, we guarantee better employee performance, greater commitment to working hours, internal rules, code of ethics, among other company terms. For this reason, the project aims to understand whether care and dedication to a more "humanized" management really is a differential in the company's development, resulting in improvements in the relationships between manager and employee, between employee and employee, between the same with the functions to be performed in the work environment, in the general results and of course in many other issues.
