The HR challenges of a medium-sized company in times of pandemic

Faced with the challenges posed by the pandemic, many companies had to adapt as well as their HR, and so the project idea emerged, with a humanized consultancy proposal aimed at the service of restructuring the HR of small companies with a focus on improvement in the quality of life and mental health of employees.
