Companies are increasingly aware of the importance of business consulting, in order to gain visibility in the market and have a competitive differential in relation to competitors. The consultancy has become a link between the company and the management news that are emerging every day, so that the organization can efficiently develop new practices and improve existing ones that need improvement. And for this reason, the Ponto Mineiro restaurant, represented by manager Leornado Texeira de Souza, approved the acceptance of the consultancy that was proposed by the Aurum Consultoria group, consisting of members Laryssa Vasconcelos, Natasha Hellen and Vitória Cerceau. Visits were made to the establishment, in order to get to know the enterprise and its routines, managing to identify the organization's strengths and weaknesses, to make suggestions for improvements, managing to create a differential from competitors, by having a consultancy in the restaurant.
